Appropriately prefabricated elements of each house allow for its quick assembly within a few weeks of ordering. Compared to traditional construction, the execution time of the building may be shortened even by 80%.
NO BUILDING PERMIT
Houses up to 35m2 do not require a building permit. Only a notification is sufficient to erect 1 house for every 500m2 of land.

Modules are an excellent alternative to the traditional construction system - modular buildings are erected faster, allow the finished module to be transported and set up at any place and time. Our buildings are characterized by excellent thermal parameters and low energy demand, which is reflected (depending on the thickness of the insulating core) in the categories of energy-efficient or passive buildings.

Modular buildings are fully ecological, we use mainly natural materials for their production. In addition, we do not generate waste such as in case of traditional construction method.

WARRANTY
IMS House provides a 24-month warranty for its buildings. During this period, there is also manufacturers’ warranty of materials used, such as windows, doors, etc.
SERVICE COMPREHENSIVENESS
IMS House provides its customers with comprehensive services - from consulting, through project preparation, to construction and finishing of the house. We are responsible for each stage of the investment, and the investor does not have to deal with anything.
