IMS House buildings are constructed in the form of finished modules in the factory hall and then transported to the destination where they are assembled . Thanks to modular solutions and prefabricated form, the time of construction of such buildings can be shortened even by 80%. An additional asset is easy development of buildings in the future and even the possibility of their relocation.

Fully equipped buildings are a high quality product of permanent or temporary residence. They are characterised by excellent thermal parameters and low energy demand, which is reflected (depending on the thickness of the insulating core) in the categories of energy-efficient or passive buildings.

Thanks to modern form and large glazing, IMS House buildings stand out from other buildings produced in a similar form. Patent protected materials are used in modern structural panel technology, creating one modern construction and insulation material.

STRUCTURE

The structure of modules is made of C24 wood, which guarantees excellent durability. We use selected spruce wood from a reliable, long-term supplier.
 

WALLS
The walls of modules are made in the technology of insulating structural panels. The role of two external layers is played by boards with an appropriate level of rigidity and resistance (most often MFP, OSB3), while the insulating core is usually made of polystyrene or PUR foam. Combined materials form a resistant, very strong wall of the constructed building.

WINDOWS
We offer double- and triple-glazed windows and doors in PVC or aluminum profiles. It is also possible to make wooden joinery (under an individual order).

FACADE

The facade can be made of the following elements:

- natural spruce, larch or exotic wood protected by wood-protective coating in several color shades.

- facade sheet in a shade from the manufacturer's palette.

- fibre cement board (compressed concrete with cellulose fibre blend).

ROOF
The roof consists of a wooden structure and 15 cm thick mineral wool insulation. Depending on the model and customer preferences, we use seam sheet, steel tile, membrane or PVC membrane roofing.

We offer our Customers a choice of 3 finishing standards for modular houses:

1. building in raw unfinished state - SSO

3. shell units plus - SD PLUS

- construction of a building made of certified structural timber with filling made of wool and polystyrene
